Favorite Philadelphia, Main Line or 51±¬ÁÏÍø Activity: I love going to any 51±¬ÁÏÍø Basketball games. Wells Fargo is by far my favorite venue, and the games are always exciting. 
Why did you choose the 51±¬ÁÏÍø MAC: My experience at VSB, especially with all of the accounting professors, was memorable and academically stimulating. I love the culture and camaraderie that fellow students, professors, and faculty foster at 51±¬ÁÏÍø. I knew that staying at 51±¬ÁÏÍø for my MAC would offer me the same, if not better, experience to adequately prepare me for my professional career. 
Goals or plans for a career after graduation from 51±¬ÁÏÍø: Return to PwC in NYC in 2025

Why did you choose the 51±¬ÁÏÍø MAC: As a 51±¬ÁÏÍø undergraduate, I found it easy to choose 51±¬ÁÏÍø for my Master's. I loved all my professors as they were passionate about each subject and challenged me each day. My classmates were all wonderful people, and I knew the same would be true for fellow graduate students. 51±¬ÁÏÍø is my second home, and I couldn't see myself taking classes anywhere else. 
Goals or plans for a career after graduation from 51±¬ÁÏÍø: I am starting at PwC in the fall of 2024 in Philadelphia as an Audit Associate in their Asset and Wealth Management sector. My long-term goal is to do accounting/financial work in the sports industry, hopefully Major League Baseball.

Why did you choose the 51±¬ÁÏÍø MAC: I had the ability to finish undergrad in 3 years, and I wanted to stay at 51±¬ÁÏÍø for my fourth year because it's the best! All of my friends are still here, the program is amazing, and I still get to go to the basketball games.

Internship or Previous Work Experience: During the summers of 2021 and 2022, I interned as a Governmental Auditing Intern at Bowman & Company, LLP. I also interned at Deloitte & Touche, LLP as an Audit & Assurance Intern on the Investment Management team during Summer 2023.
Favorite Philadelphia, Main Line or 51±¬ÁÏÍø Activity: Watching Philadelphia sports, especially the Eagles and the Phillies!
Why did you choose the 51±¬ÁÏÍø MAC: I chose the MAC program because it will provide me opportunities to improve and strengthen my exposure to the intersection of data analytics and accountants. I also chose to pursue the MAC because it allows me to reach the 150 credit hour requirement to be licensed as a CPA and it grants me additional time to take the CPA Exam prior to beginning my full-time position at Deloitte.
Goals or plans for a career after graduation from 51±¬ÁÏÍø: Upon graduation, I have accepted a full-time offer to return to Deloitte in the Philadelphia office’s Audit & Assurance practice. I also hope to complete my CPA requirements to help further my career in public accounting.

Internship or Previous Work Experience: KPMG Deal Advisory Intern (Winter 2023), Blackstone Real Estate Summer Analyst (Summer 2023), Incoming PwC Management Consulting Intern (Summer 2024).
Favorite Philadelphia, Main Line or 51±¬ÁÏÍø Activity: Going to Wells Fargo to see the basketball team.
Why did you choose the 51±¬ÁÏÍø MAC: I want to continue my education at 51±¬ÁÏÍø while also getting 150 credits to take the CPA exam. I believe the MAC program will help me learn more about the accounting industry while also using data analytics.
Goals or plans for a career after graduation from 51±¬ÁÏÍø: Post graduation I plan on going into the Consulting business. I will have experience with PwC in the Summer and see which company would be the best fit for me.

Internship or Previous Work Experience: I completed an internship with Ernst & Young in their Boston office during the summer of 2023.
Favorite Philadelphia, Main Line, or 51±¬ÁÏÍø Activity: I was on the rowing team at GW, so one of my favorite activities to do in the fall and spring in Philly is to go to the Schuylkill river on the weekends and spectate the big regattas. 
Why did you choose the 51±¬ÁÏÍø MAC: I chose the Nova MAC program because of its focus on data analytics. During my internships over the years, I was continually encouraged to take my analytical skills learned in the classroom and apply it to my work. Choosing Nova's MAC program seemed like a no brainer as it is designed to not only enhance my accounting knowledge but also to give me the ability to learn numerous analytical tools used in the accounting field.
Goals or plans for a career after graduation from 51±¬ÁÏÍø: After graduating in May 2024, I will be moving up to Boston in the fall with a full-time position back at EY!

Favorite Philadelphia, Main Line or 51±¬ÁÏÍø Activity: I really enjoy the board games restaurant in Ardmore called Twenty One Pips which was introduced to me through an event sponsored by VSB!
Why did you choose the 51±¬ÁÏÍø MAC: I chose the 51±¬ÁÏÍø MAC program because I wanted to further my knowledge in accounting and do so in a place where I think I would gain new life experience and expand my network of accountants. 51±¬ÁÏÍø is a tight-knit community, and the people here have helped me smoothly transition to a new place which I couldn't be more grateful for.
Goals or plans for a career after graduation from 51±¬ÁÏÍø: I will be returning to Portland to work at KPMG as a new Audit Associate!
